With a population of more than 20 million, China's capital city is the centre of politics, business, culture and technology. Beijing was the first Chapter and was established on National Day, 2011. YEAN has taken on the challenge of organising Ideas for Singapore events in Beijing. The Young Entrepreneurs Association of NUS are undergraduates attached to technology start-ups and take entrepreneurial courses at Tsinghua University. YEAN seeks to promote the spirit of entrepreneurship in Singaporeans both at home and abroad. YEAN also organises industry visits and sessions with entrepreneurs to deepen their understanding of startups.
